Teacher is a main semi-archetypal character in the Moog Lore.
They exist in many sub-universes.
(i.e., Teacher frequently shows up again and again in many sub-universes.)
Since Teacher is a semi-archetype not all the information
in this article is necessarily true.
Teacher is very old and very wise.
Teacher is a wise, benevolent elder. He is the father
figure of the village.
Teacher:

Role
Teacher's name is not simply nominal. He is a teacher.
If he exists in a village then he is a village elder.
He teaches villagers how to thrive.
It is also likely he has adpoted the village.
Teacher can also be a personal tutor to the protagonists.
He can teach them the ropes.
Personality
Teacher is morally opposed to conflict.
He does not like fighting but he will do it out of necessity.
His talents are wasted as a soldier.
If he was a soldier then he will escape from it and be something
else, like a doctor, teacher, mathematician, or philosopher.
Since he is old it means he thrived in a place where men are
defeated young and that means he is skilled in combat.
It also means he was able to see that conflict is undesirable.
The truth was revealed and he wished to flee.
Purpose
The purpose of the Teacher character is to be a guide to the world of Moog.
One should look toward Teacher for advice.
Teacher represents a part of the class of Good People, like firefighters and doctors.
The defeat of Teacher represents the death of knowledge or a coming-of-age.
In general, treat Teacher as a knowledgable and wise character.
Creature Type
Teacher is can be any sort of creature but they are
typically a wise animal.
Story of the Alien
Teacher crash landed on a far away planet.
This planet seemed uninhabited but it turns out
there were ancient foxes there. He taught the foxes how
to use good technology like medicine and doctoring.
He told them never to use bad technology.
Teacher used to be a Moog Soldier but not anymore.
He knew he could live here peacefully.
Nobody would look for him.
He does not like fighting, but he taught the villagers
how to fight, just in case the modern world found
his lovely home.
Unfortunately, this breaks his bad technology rule.
Since he is old and wise he has the advantage over
the inexperienced troopers that would be most
likely to come.
